E-ray is one of the most respected rappers in Benin, dealing with the mic since 2002 between France and Benin. He started with his group the Cinkiem Element which quickly become the first independent hip-hop label in Benin : the TAKA CREW Records.

In 2005 E-ray went solo with his 1st single ‘Dans la vie’, a lovely single with powerful lyrics. He released his 1st album ‘Experience’ in 2007 with jazz, rock and blues tunes. This 1st album was entirely recorded in Spain and produced by Michi Gasser . The outstanding single ‘Tatata’ is a fun and happy track, others are more conscious and politically oriented.

E-ray is also President-founder of the Association Fa dedicated to raise social issues through culture and Hip Hop, involving rappers to support national education.
